American Association for Medical Systems & Informatics

The American Association for Medical Systems and Informatics (AAMSI) was founded 1981. In 1989, the association merged with the Symposium on  Computer Applications in Medical Care and the American College of Medical Informatics to form the American Medical Informatics Association (AMIA).
