Washington Apple Pi Journal, Vol. 26, no. 4, July-August 2004, pp. 3.

The Brood X Mac OS X Special Interest Group is meeting continuously from 8 a.m. to 3 a.m. every day from May 20 to June 20, 2004. So far, attendance has climbed into the tens of billions, making this our most successful session since 1987!

After June 20, 2004, the SIG will go into hiatus until May 20, 2021. The 2021 SIG topic will be: handling the UNIX time overflow on September 30, 2034, and its implications for both Mac OS X and the Brood X emergence of 2038. As always, male members of the SIG will participate in karaoke.

When the Brood X SIG first formed in 1987, Mac IIs were all the fashion, and this year we moved up to the Power Mac G5. Our goal this session is to complete a full iLife presentation (iMovie, iPhoto, iTunes, iDVD and GarageBand) documenting the SIG activities. And, of course, we have continuous karaoke.
