Toastmasters District 36 held their Spring Conference in Silver Spring, Maryland, May 15-16, 2015. Lawrence Charters was “recruited” to do a presentation on PowerPoint, as he was known for doing presentations rich in graphics but lacking the dense text, animations, and discordant designs typical in modern business and government.
